Terms & Conditions — tawa33 Online Gaming Platform

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the tawa33 website, its sub-domains, mobile-optimized versions, progressive web application (PWA), and all related gaming and wagering services accessible at https://tawa33.cam.
• "Account" means the individual user account created by a Member following successful registration and identity verification on the Platform.
• "Member" / "Player" / "User" / "You" means any natural person who has successfully registered an Account on the Platform and is permitted to use the Services.

• "Balance" / "Account Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements.

To register and maintain an active Account on tawa33, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal structures may not register as Members.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• Your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of your country, state, or territory of residence. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from tawa33 or had an Account permanently suspended by tawa33 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of tawa33 or any of its affiliated entities.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1 ) Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts under any circumstance is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, active mobile phone number, and valid email address. Any false, incomplete, or misleading information provided during registration may result in immediate suspension or closure of your Account.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password.
• You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstance.
• You are fully liable for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. tawa33 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account credentials.
• You must notify Customer Support immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorization or if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
• tawa33 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to our support team.

tawa33 is committed to preventing underage gambling, identity fraud, and money laundering. All Members are required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer or "KYC") before processing their first withdrawal or at any time upon request by tawa33. Failure to comply with KYC requests within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays, Account suspension, or closure.

Documents Required for Verification

At a minimum, you will be required to provide clear, legible copies or digital images of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo identification such as KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and signature.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (electricity, water, internet), bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, clearly showing your name and residential address matching the address on your Account.
• Payment Method Verification: Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds, such as a screenshot or photo of your banking app home screen showing your name and account number, or a recent bank statement issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other Indonesian banks.

tawa33 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced verification procedures for certain Members based on transaction patterns, deposit amounts, or regulatory compliance requirements. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits

tawa33 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as via e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). There are no currency conversion fees or hidden charges applied by tawa33 on deposits.

Withdrawals

Members may request a withdrawal of their available Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You have successfully completed KYC identity verification. First-time withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC is completed.
• The withdrawal is made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name and matching the details verified during KYC.

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of tawa33 and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time with or without prior notice.
• Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements (turnover requirements) that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount depending on the promotion.
• Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute between 10%-50%, or may be entirely excluded. Sports Betting

All sports betting markets offered on tawa33 (including football, basketball, tennis, badminton, esports, and others) are subject to specific betting rules published in the "Betting Rules" section of the Platform. Key principles include:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Member.
• If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and market type. Bets on abandoned or cancelled events are typically voided and stakes returned, except where the outcome has already been determined.
• tawa33 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a technical error (such as incorrect odds display), match-fixing, or other circumstances that render the bet unfair.
• For live (in-play) betting, odds change dynamically based on match events. Bets are accepted subject to a short acceptance delay. If odds change significantly during the acceptance period, tawa33 may reject the bet or request confirmation at the updated odds.

Casino Games (Slots, Live Casino, Table Games)

All casino games on tawa33 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by live professional dealers in the case of live casino games. Game results are determined entirely by chance and cannot be influenced by tawa33 or the Member.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tawa33 Platform and may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of your Account Balance, and possible legal action:

• Creating multiple or duplicate Accounts to circumvent betting limits, abuse bonuses, or for any other purpose.
• Colluding with other Members, match-fixing, or engaging in any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to place bets, manipulate odds, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal sources or depositing on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward tawa33 Customer Support staff or other Members.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access any non-public areas of the Platform infrastructure.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location or circumvent jurisdictional restrictions (tawa33 operates for Members in Indonesia; accessing from restricted jurisdictions violates these Terms).
• Exploiting any error, bug, or loophole in the Platform software or payment system. Members who discover such issues are required to report them immediately to Customer Support rather than exploiting them for personal gain.

tawa33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Request by the Member for voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Extended periods of Account inactivity (typically 12 months or more without login or wager).

Upon suspension or closure, any remaining legitimate Account Balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds or funds connected to Terms violations) will be returned to the Member via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe after completion of any necessary investigations.

• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or internet service providers.

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tawa33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
